The next time the shirt surfaced we saw the Gossip Girl star in LA at the GQ men of the year party in LA on Nov. 17, where she paired it with another pair of skinny jeans (this time in blue), black pumps, and a scarf. I love that she rewears. And knows she'll get photographed. Doesn't matter. It looks great and she SHOULD wear it again. She isn't Blair Waldorf; most people do rewear.
