At the hospital after Serena's accident?

I think that's just a typical GG writer "tool" to say now we are going this or that way.

The writers are not very talented.That's why Dan's "great"writing is always so lulzy.I don't even know why they let the camera zoom over them.

Obviously I'm not going to agree on the ILY thing. I mean, definitely inappropriate at the hospital, but it's Dan. He said it to her when she was moving to Vermont. He said it to Serena at an awkward timing. It's Dan's MO to say it at the worst times. At least it was consistent (to me) in his character.

I just hate that he spent so much time trying to convince Vanessa that he loves her and that they should be together. And when she finally goes, okay, maybe we can actually do this, he suddenly loses interest. Like, WTF. Character assassinated both of them.

And then S4. ugh! Dan! WTF is your problem! And Vanessa would NOT have given in. I mean, I think she probably would have helped with Milo, but I don't believe she'd get back into anything romantic. Stupid writers really **** up everyone.

I think the problem is that the GG characters I love you's can't be trusted

After a few epis always felt empty.And I mean from anyone,one or other part of a couple always do something that makes you incapable to believe that they love the other half.

I was willing to believe that he loved her back then but now when I rewatch season 3 I can't.And that have happen to me and every couple on GG but maybe Rufus and his love for Lily.

This show is so weak. No balls anywhere.

I have a DV fic that I started somewhere. Eventually, when I clean my room and get my notes together, I'll go for it. It's friendship. And the first time I've attempted DS. It's S4 with DV as roomies, post Milo.

About than since V read the book and it was reveled how much Dan wanted to be "inside" I can help but think how if the writers decide at one point to tell the story about how Dan was never inlove with S or B but their world.
