I read you can't donate your hair if it's not natural at all ( if you dyed it, permed it etc.) & if its not long enought. I'm not sure if that tweet is true?

Yeah, normally you cannot donate hair that has been colored and it has to be a certain amount of inches. I don't think she donated it.

I am not a fan of her hair to be honest. However, it's her decision and does not mean she's bipolar. It's not like Britney who just walked into a saloon. She made a concious decision and she's okay with it. Plus the hair did look okay in a recent pic when it was styled and it will grow back.

While I do think the cuts on her wrist are an issue, none of my business, but probably not a good sign nonetheless, I do think America and people all over the world take everything Miley does to a whole new level. If a random person on the street with gorgeous long hair chose to do it, it would be NO big deal. It's just because she is Miley
