Yeah, years ago he acted more similar to Abby's personality... But since then ha has outgrowm it!!

But I can see the connection between Eric & Sebastian, and I agree with you...

I think it was mainly his backdoor pilot appearance that he had strong Abby vibes. S1 they fleshed him out more & now he's nothing like her

I'm pretty sure that was Sebastian. There wasn't an assistant of Loretta's from what I remember. He just worked at the same place/with her
