That's what I was thinking when I read the episode description
 If you click the X under the pic you can see more of the episode stills & it doesn't show his father & the actor isn't listed as a guest on IMDB but that doesn't mean he isn't in it or involved somehow__________________

Glad at least that site wasn't blocked then. That woman in the pics isn't the person I mentioned in spoiler tags. The CBS site told me that much but I now can't remember who it said she was, some random character

Oh wow, so that is why LaSalle was getting all the calls. Sad that he and his dad won't be able to work their issues out now.
 ANd the way their last meeting went that we saw. Poor Chris for beating himself of not taking his dad's call when he called that morning Now Chris finding out his dad was sick the whole time and his dad not telling him. Blows keep on coming for Chris. WEll, I guess his dad found a way to put Chris in charge of his company. Guess Felix was right. Someone else was going to get killed; just didn't know he was the next target. I am surprised Pride didn't hear the bomb charging up to blow. Good thing they both ended up being alreight though. So thought Josie's boyfirend was behind it all. Glad they had the camera in Delila's so they could see Josie was in danger. Of course Pride would get blocked in where the fire is. Glad they all got out safe and the fire was put out in time. Felt a bit bad for Percy when Rachel showed up and LaSalle introduced her as one of his co-worker. Always like the endings where they have the music and Scott playing the piano. So nice they can allow him to show off his talent like that. And I just realized both NCIS' had the word "Ties" in the titles __________________

& they were both family related
I noticed that when I set up the threads hmm not surprised that happened with his dad... expected/suspected that (especially since it didn't look like his dad was going to be in this ep, but even in the ep with his Dad I wondered about it). Seems a little similar to McGee's storyline with his dad but he at least seemed to get closure while I'm presuming LaSalle doesn't (yes I did just spoil myself because I wanted answers, I'm normal )__________________
