Good point. Didn't actually read the episode description or cast list for LA

I just know if I see Tom Olsen mentioned, it means that we get Eric's brother on screen... and that they will do everything they can to not have them on screen at the same time, or that the similarities are not that obvious
Anyways, I'm actually caught up with LA this time, and this sounds like an intriguing episode... __________________

I'm just gonna take a wild guess and say that the unexplained undercover OP involves looking for Hetty in someway. (now THAT would be a good plot twist!)

Three of them missing. I know they explained that Sam and Callan were off, but for Deeks to also go off on this mission. Seemed a lot to take out half the main cast in one episode.
Which left only the supporting characters to come out and play with Kenzie. It was a okay episode. Nothing special. I didn't realize it was Eric's brother who was playing the role. But the resemblance now definitely makes sense, and why Kenzie was off on the mission to find him. __________________

I must have missed them mentioning Sam and Callen being away, definitely caught Kensi's mention of him doing work out of town.
I agree, the episode was an okay one. __________________

They explained last week on the regular LA episode that Sam was off on mission. Callen near the end of the episode was called off to join.
This episode, they mentioned Deeks had joined them. You have to think it might lead to Hetty. But then it could be something unique. __________________

Another point about last week is that the episode that aired last Sunday was originally meant to air after the crossover. So some things may not have flowed as well, plus got lost since we had two LA episodes, because of that.
ETA: I don't know what to say about the ep. It felt slow & lacking? Probably with all the missing characters. It is great to see regular reoccurring characters. Sabatino & Lance are wonderful. But they aren't our team. It was a good episode still though Wonder what that ending was with Kilbride on the phone to Kensi talking about Rosa __________________

I agree. It did not flow as well because they were on the mission, but able to stop everything to go to Washington for a retirement party that grew into something... So obvious the change in the programming screwed with a little of the flow.
It was lacking. Because such a missing element of the main cast. Sometimes there are episodes like this. Hopefully they will be finished their missing episodes sooner than later... Hopefully the mission involves Hetty. At least we got a explanation into where they were. I would have loved if Rosa has stayed at the office, and seen what her mother does. But of course Kenzie was going to be off. So it would not have been wise. The beach with friends probably is the right move. __________________
