Yeah, I got that feeling too. Seriously, that guy totally looked like the one from Corporal Punishment to me! Idk, but he was all buff just like the other dude and I remember there was sort of something between him and Ziva, but I'm probably way off on the actor.

Oh I can't believe I forgot to mention Ziva with the little girl! I thought it was so lovely and it was such a sweet moment to see Ziva being so caring and motherly and playing with the little girl. I think it's sort of a side of her we haven't seen and I'm so glad we got it. That was definitely a great moment. I think all those scenes in the house with Ziva talking to the mother were significant.

I really liked last night's episode. Ducky and Abby's intervention was kinda funnny. I didn't think I would like the whole Mike Franks storyline, but I actually did.

Tony being the 'American Dream' ......

I sensed the awkardness btwn Tiva, hopefully that will dissapate as the season passes, its as if he is trying really hard to get to the way things used to be. He is kinda playing off the fact that he told her that he couldn't live without her.

That ex-marine is totally hot. And can see him hooking up with Ziva, if not only to make Tony jealous. I'm pretty sure we will be seeing him around.

The intervention was hilarious

It was nice to see Gibbs give it to Franks despite him being his mentor.

Overall I very much enjoyed the episode more than I would have originally thought.

Just saw the episode, so glad to have NCIS back this week!

I thought the episode was good, entertaining!

Loved the TIVA moments, from her sleeping on the desk to Tony teasing Ziva about becoming an American citizen. It got a little weird though when he wouldnt stop about it. You would think Tony would want her to become an American.. i dunno loL!

It was also touching to see her play with the kid, and than have Tony mention Ziva too is trying to rebuild her life again- you can tell there was a dramatic moment brewing there with her looking through the window.

Also love the part where the guys attack Gibbs house. You guys are right, Damon is from Corporal Punishment I just checked the IMBD, its the same actor! wow I did not recognize him at all! Maybe thats why they made that comment about getting the haircut haha cus he has longer hair now!

He is definitely hot though and I remember Ziva had a thing for him hmmm potential hookup maybe!

I also cracked up when Tony was on his cell in the basement and they are talking about the case but Abby starts asking questions about the basement- hidden tunnel, removable wall etc. ahaahaha too funny!

Tony was just plain obnoxious.
Abby & Ducky seemed plastic trying to convince Gibbs Franks was guilty as the murderer.

Loved last night's ep.

I just have to say that I love when Mike Franks comes around. It's never boring. Mike is the kind of guy that operates in shades of gray, but it's pretty much always for good reasons. Last ep was no exception. I liked that he went all out to protect his daughter-in-law. And the final scene between the Grandparents was awesome.

It was sad to see Gibbs' boat all torn apart. The look on McGee's face when he saw Abby taking a chain saw to it was priceless. Like Abby, I want to know how he got that thing out of the basement?

So Ziva's becoming an American citizen? Should be interesting. Should also piss her father off even more than he already is. Tony explaining the American dream to Ziva was funny. I don't know if Tony's the American dream, but I know he's in mine.

Overall great ep. Look forward to the next.

Thank you! I was beginning to think I was crazy because I instantly recognized him (how could I not, he's such a hottie! ) and I totally agree abotu there being a potential hookup there. I kinda want there to be one because I thought they had a nice connection in Corporal Punishment, plus they're hot, hello! It'd be good for Tiva too.

I completely agree with you. He definitely operates in shades of gray, which is why I think Ducky and Abby were trying to make Gibbs understand that, which he already does. But I like it when Mike comes along. Muse is such a cool actor, he's got a great vibe about him that he brings to the character. Love it!

Finally watched this one. I liked it more than I thought I would. I'm no Frank fan. I don't know why, I just don't like him as much as others do. But he was surprisingly funny and I enjoyed seeing Vance get along well with Gibbs.

That Damon guy was hot. I don't think they'd bring him back for no reason. The writers must have something up their sleeves.

It was nice seeing Robert Patrick but he has not aged well.

I actually didn't think that at all, but I could see how you would and how it might lead to it. I would think they'd be careful enough, Ziva and Gibbs, not to leave any evidence. Cuz didn't no one know about it for a while?
