In the video, people on LJ were saying it looks like Tony that gets "blown up." I mean obviously Tony isn't actually going to get seriously injured or anything but I still think it's Mike Franks in Gibbs' house from the preview.

FRANKS is back !! I remember the episode ,if i am right it was Season 6 when we met the daughter in law pregnant ,with Franks .

Just don't remember at all seeing when mikes son died ,or if it had to do with that S-6 episode or a prior season ?

Somewhat humorous ,the ex marine busts into the house get Ziva and Tony down unarmed and the guy knows Ziva .So he listens to her turns on the guy helping him hmnn. , I am figuring he has seen Ziva in action know she not easy to keep down .

Nice to see franks and Gibbs hang and talk .for once don't miss not seeing a lot of Ducky or Abby .

Although has to be a great screenshot of all 4 standing looking at the boat and the size of it

I loved it, especially because, despite what it seems this was a pretty bubbly episode, though it lacked a lot of certain character time.
I don't really remember seeing Palmer, barely McGee or Abby.

I've notficed a lot this season, though, that its singular character focused. Not entirely sure how I feel about that.

Yeah, I don't think Palmer was on there at all!

I watched the entire episode and I barely remember seeing Ducky and Abby. All I remember is their "intervention"

It was pretty funny. But I agree, the episodes do seem to be character-based, but for the moment I'm not really minding it. I mean I'd love to see everyone, but I'm still semi-ok with it.

I thought it was a good ep, and like you said Maddie suprisingly funny and light considering Mike was in it.

Not saying that he always brings the drama, but most of the time he does.

I liked how he was protecting his daughter-in-law, the only thing is I had already kinda figured it out wayy before the end of the episode.

I still enjoyed it though, and tbh I'm kinda enjoying this new relationship between Gibbs and Vance. Vance seems to be doing a great job, actually.

LOVED the beginning part and the subsequent scenes with Tony teasing Ziva about becoming an American citizen.

I loved when she quoted the Constitution at him and then him saying he was the American dream.

) That was quite funny and that scene in Gibbs' living room was pretty cool. I wasn't expecting it to go down like that, sort of. It was kind of anti-climatic though with the guy who knew Ziva (was that the same guy from Corporal Punishment???) punching out his buddy.

Overall, I thought it was a pretty good eppy and I quite liked it.

The promo for next week looks interesting too.

Anyone else feel like that Marine was a setup for a future episode for a new interest for Ziva? Kind of like Michael was in that first episode of s6 at the bar?

I think I need to rewatch the episode again in order to write a better review, but I will say that Ziva playing with the little girl stood out to me. There was something so tender about that moment, and when she walked to look out of the window. IDK, it just pulled at my heartstrings. She looked incredibly stunning with her hair down as well.
