LaSalle shouldn't be anywhere near Pride interrogating the guy who confessed to killing his brother...

why does everyone think NCIS sounds fake? Does this mean that shows based upon NCIS don't exist in the universe the shows are set in so no one has heard of them even that way?

I do love how these shows don't care about protocol & how I can't imagine LaSalle or any of the team would be allowed to investigate this case, let alone LaSalle going off on his own

oh he gets shot already?

poor Pride already beating himself up about things

Sebastian poor thing. Tammy is there for him though. Love how she's talking so softly to him, all reassuring. Such a great friend.

oh nice touch with a flashback which I'm pretty sure we haven't actually seen before

Loretta looking after Pride (as always)

Now would've been a nice moment to say have Ducky or Palmer come down & do the autopsy for Loretta but guess they've been in that position & all of them must perform them on friends at some point . I'm just wishing for crossovers

did we know LaSalle had a religious side to him?

interesting twist about the father. I did feel there was something off about him but wasn't expecting that he wasn't actually who he said he was or was really the killer

Nice goodbye/memories/eulogy of LaSalle from Pride

There was a baby alligator?

I'm 10 minutes in the episode...

... There's so much wrong with the beginning... LaSalle shouldn't investigate solo without any sort of backup... Nor should he trust a random stranger... it feels like that he's walking into a trap...

I'm half-way done with the episode...

The fact that FBI & PD & everyone else showed up afterwards... Once presumably NCIS shared the latest information about the case shows that it'd have been a joint investigation from the start...

Tammy being there for Sebastian was heartwarming

Loretta being the last one to "spoke" with LaSalle was bittersweet...

At least they wrote him a different death compared to all of the other deaths within the franchise...

Yeah I did like that it was different/unique. They did it well, but still holes in the story

I think it was the first funeral where the character's past was honoured too...

The police force was out there... (I don't remember anyone attending Kate's wedding from the Secret Services... )

I also didn't feel like that it was the end with Eddie & his "daughter"... two psychopaths, if you ask me...

I don't think that LaSalle being Christian/Baptist was ever touched on, but it was believable...

Loved the bonding scenes, that they were new scenes not recycled ones...

I completely agree with all you said

I really liked that their scenes were fresh ones not reused scenes
