I tried so hard to watch NCIS LA, i think the Cross over was enough for me lol.. They just seem to be oh so serious.. I found it super super hard to get into this series.. I might try again someday.

Aw well, they are pretty different.
 You don't have to like them both  I think the series got better when they brought in Eric Christian Olsen aka Deeks. __________________

NCIS:LA was really different from the original. And I agree, the show got better when ECO came

I am currently rewatching this season. It's amazing how much the characters/team have changed/grown since the show started.

I find it amazing how boring I find this season while the recent ones are so interesting
 I also know I've watched it before but don't remember a lot of it, especially towards the end. Couldn't remember Trent Kort being in it at all Even though I've had the season a while I don't think I've watched the special features. I'll probably wait until the weekend to do that & just start S2 tomorrow or Wednesday (I will have new eps tomorrow to watch so they come first  )__________________

I agree with you...
I tend to skip s1 altogether when rewatching the show except for the Deeks-episode... I'm still so glad that ECO decided to go for the casting regarding the "role of the latino cop" Trent Kort was in s1? :wow: I wonder what the special features include... __________________

Yeah, season 1 wasn't that great. Definitely got better as the seasons went on!

In s1 Sam & Callen were already working well together, and Hetty fit in perfectly too...
But I could never really connect with Kensi & Dominic working together... __________________

Kort's in the second or very last episode. From the way they interact it seems like Callen & Sam both know him & have crossed paths with him again. I think its the only time he appears on the show though
