Would be interesting if they did connect it with someone else who hated them in the past

to me that was a really good ep - almost felt like old times.

a lot of things to laugh about.
nice to senior again - didn't read anywhere that he was going to be in the ep so it was a nice suprise.
tony would be proud of him - protecting abby like this.

if abby ever finds out who really destroyed her equipment.....

Agreed with what you said nuwanda.

It was a really good ep.

I was a little disappointed with Sr.'s visit. I thought they could have used him better than they did. But it was still nice seeing him I did like how he stepped in and pretended to be Ducky so he could stay with Abby. Speaking of Abby, so funny at the end when Vance and Sr got to her and she was in the freezer. Glad she stayed safe!

Can't believe that Bishop and Palmer destroyed Abby's lab

I am glad Reeves kept making a fuss about the team inside and not letting it go.

Torres's plans never seem to work out Of course he was going to get caught trying to get into his desk.

No one should mess with Gibbs. They just won't win.

I had a feeling that the little hide out that the gang found on the roof was Gibbs'

I did like the break area on the roof as being Gibbs. Not sure how often he uses it. Maybe more so since his injuries in the last couple of seasons. It would have been nice for Ducky to also join him as stated above.

I did like the team reading Ducky's writings for his book and giving their well wishes. Should be an interesting read.

Tony Sr. and Gibbs didn't actually call Tony Jr. by name this episode, did they? He was called Junior, Sr.'s name for him. But can't his name be used on the show anymore? Or did I miss something? I like Sr. and his interactions with Abby. They always make a good meeting. One of his redeeming actions in the show was to become Ducky and then being used to locate the evidence on the Adrien Fincher case. This left Abby hopefully safe from the bad guys and give her a chance to get help. Also later when cuffed with Nick, Sr. had his tool from the "Sherlock Consortium" to help them break free. I don't know how Burke Bernhardt, bad guy that had them in evidence room, was going to dispose of the evidence, but the fire he started seemed to be a desperate attempt to burn it and finish his mission. True his brother Eric who blew up on the roof had explosive devices. Not sure though if that was to distract and empty the building of inhabitants while the other 2 stole or destroyed the evidence, but either way they seemed like cheap muscle and didn't really have a good plan. But he said "Plan C" was to toast the building. The 3rd baddie, who was shooting up the bullpen, got what he deserved from Gibbs and his baseball bat. It was cute that "Janitor Nick" tried to get his weapon. I to was surprised that Gibbs could make the electronics make the guy go off on them. Must be that Tim has been rubbing off on him.

I did like the teams being paired up and having their own problems to help stop the 4 baddies. I was surprised that Agent Leslie Vyas was a mole. I didn't recognize it until really when Tim said it was from inside. I must be slipping. I did like Jack tackling her, and then trying to get her to spill info. If she was paid 75 thousand to control the systems in the building, the other 3 must have been paid very little. Looks like Vance has his work cut out for him to check all employees again for cracks.
It was cute how Jimmy and Bishop basically destroyed the lab to finally blow a window to break out. I thought earlier, can't you break a window? But they answered that.
I liked that Reeves and Agent Joanna Wright worked together. Her trying to wait until the Bomb Squad shown up was a thing you would think would happen. But at-least Reeves didn't try to reenter the building alone. He did need a helmet, but at-least he wasn't leading the charge. They might make a good team(pairing). I also liked the scenes with Gibbs and Burke and Gibbs telling him to shoot him and he knowing enough to let Gibbs live to help his escape. The fight on the roof was good too. I figured that Burke would fall through the skylight, but didn't know it was over the bullpen and that the hole in it from the pipe would have Vance be able to shoot him. Wouldn't skylights in a Government building have some kind of grate system over them to protect from break ins, or things being dropped on them? I know buildings in the city have protections like that.

I do think that Tony talking about Judith leaving him at that time was not the right time. But he was nervous and probably not sure if he would live and wanted to get it out.

all is so nice & a nice scene with Ducky & his book, then bang . I forgot there was a body going to be up there so that was a surprise for me, but even still that scene is done really well

Interesting area up on the roof could've been anyone's secret place up there

DiNozzo Sr . Tony talk

Surely when Reeves got to the top of the elevator someone would've turned him around since they were evacuating? Obviously he couldn't have a scene with Jack if he didn't get off but doesn't seem logical to me that no one else spoke to him to turn him around

Love how Jimmy was complaining about a policy/protocol that Ellie wrote (I can understand some fault in it as Abby & Jimmy can't evacuate until they've put things in the evidence locker, therefore putting themselves in further danger by remaining in the building longer?)

Abby/Pauley's voice sounds different to me at least in the scene between her & Sr

Love Sr trying to protect Abby even though he probably doesn't know a thing about medicine

Ellie what did you do to Abby's lab She won't be happy about that at all

Torres was funny being a janitor

Not entirely surprised that the woman in MTAC was working behind things - especially when she objected to McGee's help, that was odd since it should be known he's good with computers & who turns down help.

I like Vance saying "its our hours, I had to defend it"

Wow they did a really good job setting up that Abby could be dead Glad she was (of course she's used to sleeping in a coffin )

Oh good, they broke Abby's lab even more then lied about it as they're too scared to tell her the truth

Love that it was Gibbs' place all along Fits he'd find somewhere private to be

I can also now understand why after this episode aired in the US my mother asked me if Abby had left the show given they implied something bad had happened to her (which at the time of the US airing could've been true since all we knew was that she was leaving - I of course since know she's been in it & that she only just filmed her final episode)

I have absolutely no idea. I don't think they did say Tony for our Tony, just called Sr that. My guess would be that they may have to pay Michael if they reference his character's name in certain forms so they avoided it but that's just my random guess

I don't know why I didn't think of that at the time. This is so true though

As soon as she objected to McGee's help I was like hang on a minute, why would someone do that? Sure you're probably good at your job too but this is McGee - he'd be known as having whatever qualifications he has. He's a computer geek, & he's done things in MTAC before... why question his help... seemed very off to me & either I just wouldn't like her for dissing my McGee or something was off about her (at which point I also don't like her for threatening NCIS )

Sorry, responding to myself here, but I thought of an Abby Easter Egg in this episode. Really early on (the one with Ari in Autopsy - S1) Abby had nightmares about autopsy, refused to go down there, because she dreamed she'd get trapped in the fridges. I think it reoccurs later on in a different season too. In this episode it actually happens

She really has come a long way . Although I think she was fine with autopsy before that, it was just because she'd had that dream which made her scared? (& they needed to get Kate down into autopsy in that particular episode)
