McGee narrates the episode, talking about different rules & what they mean to him. I think you really get to see what Gibbs means to him as it is a letter to his father

Its an interesting episode & well put together I think too. McGee seems to compare Gibbs & his father & how the rules both enforced over the years made him who he is. There's a short recap of the episode here if you want to read it
