I don't know for sure what his first undercover was but think I remember the "Hall Pass"

First time was related to the Rocket Man the episode was called they had to go investige how somebody was first frozen than burnt to death

Second time was getting the Chinese Woman away without her father knowing it was NCIS at the private airport

Yes it was. I think it was one of the first episodes I saw other than when I first tried out the show's pilot ep
