Supposedly NCIS returns here tonight with the first of the two episodes that air in the US next week (source)
LA returns with the Christmas episode tonight. I've seen that on the TV Guide too so I already knew that

That's strange about NCIS Shouldn't they wait at least till the time it airs in the States?

I wouldn't think that they would be allowed to air it before the US. Its weird. I expect that it will be a repeat which is what I saw on the guide, not the new episode. Or the channel here hasn't realised that the episode didn't air in the US yet. But given CBS owns the channel here you'd think they'd tell them when they're allowed to air the episodes

They're probably going to air an old episode... They just probably simply disregarded the memo of CBS not airing the new episode this week in the US ...

Most likely They probably saw the other two shows are back (which I know they have since they've aired the NOLA episode) so presumed all three are

ETA: Looks like Channel 10 had the new NCIS episode listed in their highlights, but it isn't meant to be airing tonight which makes more sense

It is good you are getting the shows back CHelle. That would have been interesting if you got the NCIS episode before we did

The onscreen guide was saying it was the repeat so I think they did the right thing & didn't air a new episode . The catchup service is only showing a new ep for LA too. Couldn't check last night as for some reason the TV couldn't pick up that channel. I'm just hoping that the episode recorded

What? Recorded? That presumably all depends on if the reception came back or not . It didn't used to be this bad here. Sometimes it'd play up but we still had access to the channel & it was watchable. But I know not much further out of town could be hit & miss & sometimes it wouldn't work at all.

If it didn't work there's always the catch up service though

A little disappointing it is going to a pay to view streaming service instead of Ten's main channel . Hope that they're not going to move NCIS & LA to there on me too

That is pretty neat they are brining it to you guys, but shame it's on pay channel. I hope they don't put the others on there also.

The streaming part annoys me more than the pay to view. But both are disappointing. One nice side - it is one of the cheaper streaming services here (at least currently). Then I've got a feeling it is going to have FBI fast tracked too & it wouldn't surprise if Charmed does as well when it returns next year so I've got more reasons to get it.

Yes, it is annoying that they have it that way but at least you will have access to it. Good that it is one of the cheaper services for you currently also and that they may have other shows you watch on there.
