I can't remember, but I remember she left to go visit her mom because she was sick? And I think after that she decided to stay with her mom.

Oh wow. Actually, now that you say that, I think I remember something about her having a disease that made it hard for her to work all the long hours and that was why she quit Blue Bloods? Or maybe I am thinking of someone else.
