Nope. It seems the one for autopsy came & went throughout the seasons too but only for like an episode when it fit the storyline then would go again

I loved how in 2x01 Abby & McGee ended up moving the computer to the autopsy while Ducky & Palmer were working on the meat puzzle...

They had trouble with first hacking into the system of Pentagon, then into the hackers' pc... That's when the computer overheated itself... And Gibbs told them to look for a cool place
