I saw that the other day... I thought it was really bizarre. I don't know who the guy is or anything about who he allegedly killed, but it's not like Neil even looks like him or dressed up or anything. What was the point?
I think it was strange of Neil to agree to do it but that Andy Cohen is more to blame than Neil for it actually happening. __________________

I think it was just an "oh, hey, Neil's here! Let's get him involved somehow" type of thing. I doubt it was planned ahead much in advance, and I doubt any of them put much thought into it.
