We got some great stuff with Adelle and Topher in tonight`s finale. I loved how caring Adelle was with Topher starting when she defended him. Also the parting scene was so sad.
 It was obvious that Adelle didn`t want to let Topher go, but at the same time, she understood what he needed to do to save the world. Franz and Olivia were so great together on tonight`s episode.  They perfectly brought out the emotions Adelle and Topher were going through. I`m so glad that they ended on great loving terms.__________________

It really was (heartbreaking) - especially when she told him he didn't have to do it alone, implying she'd be willing to die with him. And I love when she defended him so fiercely to Zone. He obviously carried the guilt of the world's downfall, but she seemed to be carrying the guilt of his downfall. Also, when he leans in and whispered that her job was way harder, has he said that to her before? Like maybe early on in the show? It sounded familiar.

 OMG they completely broke me in this, they had some cute moments like Adelle feeding Topher  But their goodbye was so sad and th elook on her face __________________

As a seriously huge fan of theirs and each of their characters individually this episode broke me in half and killed me like no other! I still can't properly express how saddened yet touched I am by everything we got. It was all I ever wanted and wished for and not all at the same time. Jeez and now I'm tearing up just typing this. I didn't want it to end like this, but I completely understand.  Quote:

They were the emotional heart of the finale for me. I loved all of the scenes for the cast, but Adelle and Topher's goodbye is when I broke down
