Maybe the one of them can play the addicted person, and the other can play the nurse, or a friend, or even a relative who's trying to help her and figure out why she became addicted to them, and she ends up being addicted to drugs herself, but she manages to escape on her own, helping the other at the same time. How's that?

Ι think so. If they don't look that much alike, they can play cousins. That could be good as well. We don't see many cousins in films, do we?

Not so much. Usually parents or siblings. They're both blonde so that helps.

I just need my two favorites in a film together! If Meryl Streep can come in to play their mom/aunt I can die and go to heaven now.

Yep, Velvet! Meryl can play anyone play anyone she want to, really, as long as she gets screentime with Kate.
