i study art at University and im doing time based media at the moment which is video and photograph and this time im using video

i loved the dreams/memory/disorientation theme so im collecting random footage together inspired by the 'art house' theme and im going to project the footage in a very small dark room and have all this footage illuminating around the room to creatr a disorientated, claustrophobic feeling like dreams can sometimes create

(none of that might not have made any sense hehe but my tutor seems to think it will work hehe)

i love the red hair!! but i dont know which is my favourite colour

i just watched it again and i think this has to be my favourite character Kate has played-she so humorous and full of life and quirky which i love-she is such an individual

and i sooo want to colour my hair now hehe

Add me to the list. This is a very good film.

This is not just one of the better Kate movies she's been in, it's simply a good movie period. It's inventive. The writing is excellent. The directing was top notch. The main actors rock in their parts. Charlie Kaufman, who is an amazing writer (he wrote Adaptation/Being John Malkovich which I highly recommend to everyone) is involved in this which is one reason I had to watch this movie. The other was Kate. Another was the rave reviews. The scenes were sometimes non-linear and could be confusing if one is not paying attention but I think it added to the appeal to me. It was different.

I can go on and on and usually do, but I'll try to keep this short. I just like the message/plot that surrounded the film. The idea that it was possible to erase your memories but would you really want to or would you regret it? Joel obviously did and wanted out of the procedure. If I were in his shoes, I'd want the same. There are good memories out there that you don't want gone. It comes with the bad of course, but is getting rid of the 'bad' worth getting rid of all the 'good' stuff as well?

Great movie and Kate as Clementine is my favorite character of hers, hands down.
