Yeah, especially Michel Gondry (the director- he's standing in the middle).

I just noticed something OT here: Is it just me, or Kate looks younger than 28 in that movie?

Maybe the hairstyle makes her look younger to you? I could never tell/guess how old someone looks just by looking at them.
