ok, this is kinda random and sorta "twisted" but i would've liked to see cal cry...i think it would've shown that even the people with the biggest walls around them can fall down.

But seriously, I think Cal was legit worried about Rose. His face when he turned back around showed oure defeat and sadness, I think. And he just wanted to know that Rose had actually survived. And in my opinion, I think Rose was being a bit selfish by hiding herself from him. Yes, she wanted her freedom, but she could've at least shown the man she was still alive so he didn't have to drag her around as a burden for the rest of his life...

I don't think it was selfish of hers to hide, it was mostly fear. She was afraid of his reaction (remember the slap?), and certain that he'd drag her back into this rich world. I think James Cameron should have kept this scene as it was originally written: Cal finding Rose and Rose telling him to walk away and pretend she's dead. But honestly, either way, I doubt Call would have got over the regret of not treating her better when he had the chance...

I totally agree with you. James should've kept that scene in. It would've shown people that Cal sincerely had cared for Rose. And then it wouldve definitely helped poor Billy out a bit and cut down in the hate he got

If I had to pick up one deleted scene that'd make it into the movie though, that'd be the Trapped scene Kate was just so amazing in that one, she was really feeling it all, and also made you feel how restricted she was really feeling.

if I could pick a deleted scene, it would either be the trapped scene or that one scene with Helga and Fabrizio. that one just broke my heart. both of them were acted so well tho
