| Fan Forum's Finest  | Omgosh, so I saw Terminator Salvation (and Star Trek!) today! Hmm, the movie is def. better than the critics are making it seem to be. It had a lot of exposions and a few fights. What's strange is that I actually wasn't that into Christian Bale's portrayal on John Connor. I just didn't feel emotionally connected to him. I much preferred Marcus Wright even though he was like half machine\half human and not just b\c of living tissue but he has a heart too. I think Sam Worthington did a good job in the role and it's sad that in the end... Spoiler:
There were no nods to TSCC. I def. remember thinking to myself, this John didn't have a Cameron in his life . | Whooo that sounds like a great movie day! Star Trek was also fantastic! (and I've never seen any movies/shows) I agree with you Kem, I didn't really feel that connected with John Connor.. I don't know if it was Bale or the lack of quiet moments with the character | |||

| Fan Forum's Finest | It was an awesome day! Star Trek is superb. Ya, I don't know why they didn't make more quiet moments. I know that maybe the scenes with Kate and then also when he would make the radio broadcasts were suppose to make us feel closer to John but they really just fell flat for me. | Yeah, I knew him from having found his picture a while back and using it as a visual reference for a character in an original story series of mine, so it's so weird to see him there now | |||
