What I found interesting was that they were all really quite Human-like in their behaviour, especially John Henry. I have to wonder if that reflects on SkyNet as well, and if so, just what the hell SkyNet's creators were thinking. Either SkyNet's engineers were so incompetent that they had absolutely no idea what they were building (and if that were the case I doubt they could have built SkyNet at all - you do NOT build an artificial general intelligence by accident) or they willfully built a Human-like AGI. The former implies technical incompetence, while the latter implies technical brilliance along with a shocking absence of common sense.
