Yay! Jack/ Liz FTW! Now, I know there was some controversy on the campaign thread (as there is in other 30 Rock circles) on Jack/ Liz friendship vs. romance. Is this a friendship thread, a romance thread, or can we both coexist on one thread?

And I love that scene so much, Sanna! They're just too cute for words.

I agree. I totally think they should end up together, but I mean the "end" just as much as the "together." The show would not be the same if they didn't have their professional/ "friendly"/ friendship/ relationship with UST/ whatever-it-is-they-have-right-now relationship. They're so awesome together, but I definitely think they should be endgame.

I love their scenes even when it isn't shippy. I think their relationship is the heart of the show, whether it's shippy or not. Right now, they definatly have some strange BFF thing going on

I still can't decide whether I ship them as a couple or just friends xD They're so good together as friends & idk if putting them in a relationship wouldn't completely ruin the dynamic they have... plus I recall an interview in which Tina said it would never happen lol and then there was the one scene at the beginning of season 3.....

So it's probably highly unlikely we'll ever get to see them as a pair on screen, but playing with the thought is still fun xD

Well, Tina said in the beginnin that they would never happen, but she actuallly admitted to Ryan Seacrest on the Red Carpet on the Emmy'008 that there was sexual tension there but they are gonna fight it as long as possible.
And it won't ruin the dynamic if it happens in the end

I think putting them in a relationship too soon would definitely ruin the dynamic they have, which is why I really hope it doesn't happen until the end of the show. Still, I love reading Jack/Liz fan fic and playing with the idea. There's some really good Jack/Liz fic out there that puts them in a romantic relationship and keeps them really in character.
