I watched Ghosts of Mississippi for the first time in about 10 years last night. Alec was phenomenal in it.

I've never seen that movie. I'll admit I don't know too much about his work pre 30 Rock. I'll definitely have to change that.

I was channel surfing the other night and saw him in Pearl Harbor. I had forgotten that he was even in it.

I didn't know he was in it. I need to check out his imdb profile. It seems like he's been in everything.

The same happened to me lately. He's really been in a lot of movies.

Yeah and he was in that one with Meg Ryan, Prelude to a Kiss (?) -- too lazy to look up the title but it was on the other day.

Yeah, he really has been in a ton of movies. I love it when you're just channel surfing and you stumble across a movie that has one of your favorite actors/ actresses in it.

I love that too, Tina needs to be in more films so that can happen more often with her.

Speaking of movies, I wonder if Alec plans on sticking with TV for a while or if he's got any upcoming movie projects?

I know he's going to be in My Sister's Keeper, which comes out this summer. I'm really excited about that movie because it was based off of a fantastic book by Jodi Picoult AND it has Alec in it. Of course, I've gotten to the point where I realize that the movie will never be as good as the book, but I am excited to see Alec in it. I think he can do a great job with his part, so I'll definitely be seeing that. Other than that, I don't know what other projects he's in.

Considering that Tina finds time to do at least one movie a year I think it would be possible for him. I do think Tina has a secret twin though, no way one woman can do that all on her own. I wish Alec would do a movie that would be published here in Germany cause I love seeing him on the big screen.

I didn't realize he was in that movie. I read the novel too, and thought it was very good. I'm not too happy about Cameron Diaz being in it though. Especially in such an important part.

Hmm...I hadn't heard he was in any projects, but nice to know he does have one coming up. Cameron Diaz huh? I'm not a fan of hers either.

Yeah, I'm not crazy about Cameron Diaz, especially in that role. Still, I'm hoping Alec being awesome will help me overcome my dislike of her. He's playing Campbell Alexander (the lawyer), for anyone who's read the book. I can totally see him as that character.
