| Hmm, not sure how I'd feel about that. Of course, he'd probably have a decent chance. And if you look, Al Franken just got elected to the Senate, so that kind of thing is possible. Still, I'd rather see Alec on 30 Rock forever. ![]() | |||

I imagine there's a lot of competition in California and New York. __________________ I'm whipped! Angie got me up at 7:30 today. NY or another east coast state probably. __________________ ~Vote for Parenthood~ It's hard to stay up. It's been a long, long day. And you got the sandman at the door. But hang on, leave the TV on. | That's true. Well, doesn't he technically live in NY? He'd probably have to run in NY, then, and you're right that there's a lot of competition in NY. Still, there are also more seats in NY.

The richer kind, at least. __________________ I'm whipped! Angie got me up at 7:30 today. Did you know that in the morning, they have food, TV, almost everything. | Maybe. I seem to remember hearing somewhere that he lived in NYC, though. Hmm, I don't know. He'd have a lot of stuff that he'd have to work out if he was going to run in 2012. I think he'd do better to wait until 2014 or 2018, after he's sure that 30 Rock is over, and after he's had a little time to work some stuff out.

I love Alec but he does he speak before he thinks a lot.__________________ I'm whipped! Angie got me up at 7:30 today. Did you know that in the morning, they have food, TV, almost everything. | Maybe I have. If he's serious, though, I would hope I haven't thought about this more than him. I'm a politics nut, so I love thinking about these kinds of things. Alec does like to speak before he thinks, so this might just be another one of those cases. I kind of hope so because I'd hate to lose Alec to politics after his 30 Rock contract expires.

He seems a tad unstable for a government job. __________________ I'm whipped! Angie got me up at 7:30 today. Did you know that in the morning, they have food, TV, almost everything. We've got enough people in government who are slightly unstable. As much as I love Alec, I don't think he'd be a valuable addition to Congress.
