Board Customization
 

Hi everyone, :wave:

The Fan Forum Graphics Team is in the process of (re)customizing message boards and now it's your turn!

If you have any picture suggestions or colour ideas, please post them on this thread. Don't post (hotlink) the pictures, links to them are fine. Make sure that the pictures are of as high quality as possible and that the top of the head of the person in the picture isn't cropped off. We also like to use photoshoot images when possible.

Your suggestions for possible colors and pictures will be taken into serious consideration, but in the interest of seeing every board receive the best customized look possible, the final decision concerning how this board will be customized will be made by the members of the Graphics Team, because we want to make sure that the selected graphic and colors fit into the overall design scheme that we've established for Fan Forum.

For a full explanation of the message board customization process, see this thread. If you have any questions, please feel free to PM me or ask them on the message board customization thread.

Please leave this topped until a week or so after the board has been (re)customized.

Note: It usually takes less than 2 weeks for us to finish making the new banner and the sooner we know what you want, the more we can work on it (though it can take a few months or so to set it up with the new colours on the board), so please let us know your suggestions as soon as possible.

When the Team have made and voted on a winning graphic I will close this thread until the graphic & colours get put up, it will then be re-opened so that you can share your thoughts about it.

I think a pic with the cast of 30 Rock would be great like this one.

As for colours, I would love to have warmer colour like orange. Not too yellow and please no pink.

I agree with the warmer hues. I could also see maybe a (darker) green or red?

I agree with the warmer colors. Orange is good I think as long as its not too light and hard on the eyes. Or maybe a green hue?

Yay!!! :yay: I was wondering when this thread would be posted for us. And I'm actually pretty indifferent on what colors the board should be. I'm horrible with the whole color-scheme thing. :lol: But I do love the pictures you guys posted. The one with the five of them all lined up in a row is possibly my favorite picture of the cast ever.

I just went to the Kate Walsh board and I really like the colours there. :)

Oh yeah, those are pretty good colors. Something along those lines would be nice. :)

I kind of like the idea of a white board, to match the 30 Rock DVD covers. But I'm not sure if that'll work.

I did get a look at Kate Walsh's board. It's been a long since I've been there, but those colors are nice too. :D

I agree, Pia, a white board would be good to match the colours of the DVDs. Like white, green and red... without looking Christmassy.

Mhm, I don't know, those are all cool colours especially white. :look:

We have now finished making all the graphics and picked a winner, so this thread will now be closed until the colours & graphic have been set up - then I'll re-open it so you can tell us what you all think!
