Okay I'm kind of confused as to how Clark doesn't realize that Lois knows...although this is in character for Lois to keep it to herself and I can see why she'd do that.

Me too. I guess it'll be explained better when we actually see the episode...maybe Lois says stuff to him purposely to make him think she doesn't know because she wants the upperhand
