I always wanted to be Dorothy, but I always wanted Glenda's wand

For some reason it just looked really cool to me. When I was little I used to carry around a basket like Dorothy and would skip - clearly I had a bit of a problem

Although I am contemplating wearing red shoes to resemble ruby slippers for my wedding, so I might still have a problem

This musical is such a classic

I get the impression that pretty much every American knows it?

I found I had to watch it bc there were references to it in such an endless heap of Hollywood productions I watched
