GENERAL SPOILERS:

Episode 3x25 - Claire will have a conversation with Sylar about her immortality
Virginia Gray (Sylar's Mom) will appear again
In response to why Sylar saved Luke, the writers said he is finding himself, BUT then say "stay tuned – I don’t think many of his relationships last too long". I wonder if that means Luke might be around too long.
If you are expecting a duel between Peter and Sylar you will be disappointed
There is probably a way someone could "beat" Sylar's lie detector ability.
Sylar and The Hunter will team up.

We will learn much more about Sylar this volume.
The future of Five Years Gone is definitely beginning to happen but without the explosion.
In response to a question about Peter/Sylar taking Ando's supercharging ability and if they could charge themselves, the writers replied that they might have to try that out.
"Sylar has to concentrate to gain the power through empathy."
While replying to a question about who is Baby Noah's mother, they confirmed that they just finish writing Episode 3x25 and then said they would not confirm either way. (I assume this means we will learn in Episode 3x25 possibly)

In case you haven't heard, Dan Byrd of Aliens in America has a recurring role in "Fugitives," and I can spill that his character Luke's power is microwaves that are strong enough fry people. Luke goes on the road with Sylar seeking adventure and excitement, but poor unlucky kid's probably just going to get debrained for his trouble.

Sylar's Father Is a Taxidermist: As you Dexter fans know from the first guy who claimed to be the Ice Truck Killer, taxidermists are usually way creepy and way evil. However, as you Pushing Daisies fans know (and Olive Snook is about to discover), taxidermists like David Arquette can be totally cute and cuddly. So now that we know Papa Sylar (John Glover) is a taxidermist, which one will he be? Sources tell me that the writers were somewhat split on this very decision: Whether Mr. Gray would be this volume's big bad or more of a meek man who's simply misunderstood. Which way do you envision him? Either way, he will be extreme. But for the time being...
