Sylar/Samson Appreciation Thread

Thanks to Angela. Sylar learned that his bio dad was alive and with Luke's help, he was finally able to track his father down and learn the hidden truth of his past that traumatized his childhood. He wanted to know why he ended up this way and more importantly how could his own father kill his mother. Samson ended up not being the type of dad Sylar was hoping to find. He was dying and even though he gave Sylar some important advice, his agenda was to stay alive. Sylar did what any son would do and that was to leave his father being to die alone.

I actually find Sylar's backstory kinda disappointing though. OR just the whole "Sorry, can't remember why I killed your mother" bit. I mean, we are supposed to draw parallels bewteen Sylar and his father, this whole volume was him trying to track him down, and in the end we get a "Dont remember?" Meh.

i mean that was all he had to say.. i dont care about many things.. i cant remember how i killed your mom.. i wanted to give his dad a slap on the face really

that was the point i was like yea leave the dad to rot in hell

and why are you listening to a guy like him at least sylar is way better version than his dad.. even though they do have similiarities

I mean, I get the whole, "Im a serial killer" thing, and that after time, they forget why they killed who thhe did...but come on. Its a TV show, All that time Sylar spent looking for his father and we didnt really learn why he was sold to his uncle, or why his mother was killed? Not only that, but what about Samson's relationship with Luke? How did Luke know where he was? WHY did he a relationship with Luke, if he didnt care about the fact that he gave up his son?

Too many unanswered questions for me...which is why I'm hoping Samson will be back, even if its not this season.

They left many question unanswered in the episode unfortunately. I would have loved if they answered all the questions that stayed unanswered and maybe we'll get answers some time, but that unfortunately nobody knows.

im glad sylar left samson left to die on his own instead of killing him and samson was right sylar knows he is now living an unsatisfied life.. that is why he is so needy for love and stuff this season
