No, she isn't. I don't think running through the woods from armed drug smugglers is something she's supposed to be doing either.

OMG! Someone was burned alive and hung in the middle of town! I guess Deputy Zach was right about retribution for what happened to Bradley's father.

Well, well, well....... hell of a town you chose, Norma. I think she's just now realizing what a crazy situation she's gotten herself and Norman into. A town where Norman and Norma Bates are actually the normal ones.

By the way, here's an excerpt from an article about Bates Motel executive producer Carlton Cuse on comparisons between Bates Motel and Twin Peaks.
