I think if they are emmbers of the guid - and most of them are, they will join the strike. Even if some of them don't it won't amtter to shows where teams of writers work on episodes, like TBBT. Even if there are still 1-2 people working, they won't bring a full Episode to completion.
I'm a tad worried about shows like TBBT that start filming in late summer. The first scripts are usually written from May-July. __________________

Interesting article about the looming writers strike that could begin tomorrow.
Hollywood Wonders if Writers Guild Will Strike for Seventh Time The article says, that "all six strikes have lasted for at least three months, except for a two-week walkout in 1985." In this case, the new strike would at least last till early August. So the TBBT writers could only begin to write new episodes for season 11 earliest in August. As a result production for season 11 could earliest start in mid September or even early October. That would mean, no new TBBT episode till November.  In this case I also see season 11 cut short. Maybe only 18-20 episodes instead of 24. __________________

I was worried when I saw that Drop the Mic asked to Mayim's team to remove anything related to her & Kunal's promo video from all social media, but it must be for an another reason, whatever it is. __________________
