Nobel winners are announced in October and the ceremony is in December. So baby is due July 2020, since we know from the Endgame conversations that it was 2019 earlier in the season.

Supposedly, buy they're not always true to the way things are IRL (especially with the Super Asymmetry plot, not only re Nobel but also things like the way literature review and citing sources work; oh and let's not even start on Bernie's pregnancies LOL) so it is possible it was May and then July. They were certainly not dressed for a Swedish December. Not saying it was July for sure though, as far as I'm concerned both are possible because there was no mention of a date.

They were indoors, though. Unless Sweden has somehow missed the invention of controlled temperatures it could have been any weather outside. I'll regularly wear a tee shirt and leggings indoors in below freezing weather.

Yes and no. Generally in the hotel bedrooms it's hot enough to wear a t-shirt only, but most of the time elsewhere it's custom to have at least a sweater. I'm not saying it's everywhere but in general in Europe rooms are not heated as much as in the US (for what I know.)
Anyway for the episode it's difficult to judge by their wardrobe, except they had enough luggages to have put a lot of warm clothes and coats in them

See, if it's custom, that doesn't necessarily mean that people from the United States are going to do it. Granted they are from California so they're probably not as much of a "tee shirt in 7 degrees Celsius" like I am, but I think it's far more likely that the writers just dressed them the way they wanted to dress them than some random "hey Nobel ceremony is going to be in July this year because it lines up with when our finale airs!"

I think they’d initially stay in 4A and turn Sheldon’s old room into a nursery then maybe when the kid’s old enough, like 3 or 4, they’d move to a house

I think so, too. I'd guess houses in LA are expensive as heck and they were not prepared for that at all.
