I was re-watching the scene in The Friendship Turbulence where Penny's explaining what happened to her car, and I just love how Leonard's got one hand rubbing her shoulder and the other her elbow.
Like it's not full on holding her because she still needs to get out what she needs to say, but he's like holding her steady the whole time, just letting her know that he's there.  __________________

Personally, I feel that Leonard will eventually just move in with Penny. They might experiment with he different possibilities in an episode, but I don't think anything but Leonard across the hall will stick, especially since the writers have said that they don't want to shake up core elements of the show too too much. With Sheldon remaining where he's always been in 4A and Penny in 4B, it doesn't drastically change too much. But I guess we'll see.
Definitely agree, though, that Leonard and Penny living together is something that will absolutely be happening at some point. __________________

A thing I figured out when they are kissing is, that Penny has almost always her arms around his neck/on his shoulders and he's always holding her gently around her waist
