I remember that right away, I loved how Leonard and Penny were so different but both sweet, trying to understand each other's world. We could see that Leonard was trying really hard to "get out" of his bubble, and Penny is not creeped out by those nerds, she's all nice and happy.

Since they met, they were destined to be together. Seeing a guy who's a nerd and has a crush in his neighboor [his imposible love], who also loves him but he doesn't know that, I just had the option of falling in love with those two. Also, they do know that they belong together.

Leonard and Penny have always been such an adorable and funny pairing that it was impossible for me not to love them after the Pilot episode. That ‘geek gets the beautiful girl’ story has always appealed to me, but these two have taken it so much farther beyond that with their relationship. I think what makes me love them the most right now is what Kaley said about how they couldn’t survive without one another. That point has been shown to be so true since their break-up; that they’re exactly what the other one needs.

They’re opposites, but they’re also the same in many ways. They both have stuff to learn from each other and stuff to teach each other, but at the same time have always had enough in common to still have fun together and talk to each other and, most importantly, support each other.

The moment that cemented their status as my favorite television pairing was when Leonard gave her the snowflake in the third season premiere. It was such a simple gesture that had so much romance behind it. That one moment showed that Leonard would do anything for Penny.

Even though it’s probably old by now, I always loved that concept, and just smile whenever I think that he actually got the girl of his dreams. After watching their romantic relationship play out in Season 3, I feel the Leonard/Penny relationship is one of the most realistically written television relationships on air right now. All their fights, disagreements, apologies, discussions, etc were kept completely in character, were very similar to common disagreements in geek/non-geek relationships, and always made sense in the context of the show.

They're opposites. It sounds cliche and overused but I love that about them. He's the geek that thinks he'd never get the girl and she's the beautiful popular one. But when they met, it changed things so much because Penny loved hanging out with the guys, even when she wasn't as smart and Leonard always had feelings for her. I love that they fell in love

CONGRATULATIONS ON 100 THREADS!!!! You Snugglers rock!!! And the OP updates look gorgeous! I don't know which are new to the 100th and which are just new to me but I love them!

Last night's ep was really good. I enjoyed it. I was excited for it and then right before I watched it, I got into an argument about television quality with my parents and I got worried I wasn't going to be able to let go and just enjoy the ep but no worries!

I knew there was going to be some sort of dream/fantasy sequence before the ep aired and I was concerned it was going to tick me off but it was done well and in such a way that I was actually relieved to find out it was a 'what if' scenario and not reality. I think my favorite LP part was actually the way Penny's face lit up when Leonard said he had thought this through and still felt like they should go out. Her face/smile was just gorgeous!!!

Favorite part of the ep, though, is that in reality it was Amy who was concerned with having a couple to go on double dates with, not Bernadette. That made me laugh a lot and fall in love with Amy more.

To me, both the show reacing 100 episodes and LP reaching 100 threads is a way of showing how they are the core and heart of the show. Some people might not like it, but it's true, they are. The first episode was about them meeting each other, and the 100th episode is about them on a new start

When i first heard of the 'dream' i was for sure intriguied but was slightly scared cause whatever happened in the dream.....fact is...it was a dream and nothgin more. But this dream led Leonard to ask Penny out and now it all starts from here. The dream plot was really good and it worked out perfectly!!

I don't take the end of it as headcanon, but the start with the smiles and the 'tell me about yourself' I can definitely see happening. But in my mind, it continued on there with less awkwardness because Leonard's head has already told him what not to go with. And as they're together in 101, clearly they also revisited that point. But in reality, it didn't go wrong. And if they're going slow as we're assuming, it won't end in a booty call. But I still think the beginning was the same, just due to Leonard's 'thinking it through' it won't end up like it did.

And you need to see the rest of the episodes this year, Amber! There's only been one I really didn't care for.
