I love Howard
Howard Wolowitz: If it's "creepy" to use the Internet, military satellites, and robot aircraft to find a house full of gorgeous young models so I can drop in on them unexpected, then FINE, I'm "creepy".

He's my favorite next to Leonard and Penny.

He is a bit creepy, but you gotta love the guy. He cracks me up

Ahhh add me. Honestly, I didn't like him at first, I think I really fell in love with him in 2.04, I don't know why, but I just love him in it, I guess it's when I noticed his blue eyes

Ah. Hey I thought of a thread idea, if you guys are interested -

Howard/Simon #1: He's Creepy And Proud Of It.

Anyway. I think he looked better with the mussed hair and spectacles actually. And I really hope that Penny blowing up at him means that he's going to tone down the creep factor, show that her words have been taken in at least to some degree. It would be kind of weird if he reacted so badly and yet went back to his old ways. Would be nice if the writers acknowledged that somehow in future episodes, maybe in small ways like when he interacts with Penny or something.

Ann: It's really not that big of a pit.
Leslie: We can do some of those things.

Yeah I agree, I want to see if they do something with that.

I think it already has changed. He didn't make a bad comment to her in the last episode. He was joking around with her about Kripke

"I'm looking pretty good right now, huh?"

I think they're OK now because Penny even laughed, hehe

Yeah I liked that a lot as well. It was understated, he didn't hit on her but quietly acknowledged that he'd been a bit of an idiot in the past, and she laughed as well. It was a great moment, a very good way of addressing the previous episode without making an issue out of it. What I'd like to see is that being continued. I wasn't a fan of the way he said he could get pity sex in the end bits of the meltdown episode (I don't know what else to call it that'd be easy to refer to) and I'm really hoping he's changed, a bit at a time.

For now I'm going to look at that "pity sex" comment as just something he said to the guys so he wouldn't have to admit to them he's been a jerk. Plus it was a way to end the episode on a comedic note.

Well, it was just him being him. I thought that was pretty funny, actually Maybe they will have him say things like that when she's not in the room. Or hikm starting to flirt she goes "Howard, what have I said about that?"

Interesting, Sanna. They might just do something like that

And fetch (sorry, I can't remember your name!): some of the people on the TWOP forums were saying that as well. I hope so. Howard is the kind of person who'd need to keep up some kind of bravado in front of his friends, grossly exaggerate his sexual conquests... which is rather amusing because I'm sure they all know he's not, and they've met his mother before (which is something I suppose most men would want to keep secret).
