Love the new haircut.
I'm planning on getting mine cut in a short bob soon. I think for keeping cool, it's better to have it long so you can tie it up, but I don't really have to worry about that for more than a few days a year where I am.

I'm getting mine cut short tomorrow, always go shorter for summer since I spent a lot of time swimming in these months it's easier to brush But not that short cos I'm too scared

Like the new look, I'm betting she wasn't allowed to do it sooner because of shooting the show. Now Kaley has 3-4 months for it to grow out, if they don't choose to keep Penny's hair shorter next seasons?

Yep, hair in contracts can be pretty tight especially with filming. But since some sort of time will have passed it will make sense for her to have shorter hair. I used to have to get all my changes approved which was annoying since I loved changing my hair!

I really like her haircut! I thought it looked good in that fake out picture she posted not long ago, so I'm not very surprised she actually cut it now that they're on hiatus.

Maybe it can join her list of stuff to make her feel better - fun top, new shoes, new hair cut... a psychic told her if she cuts her hair she'll get an acting job? (I feel like she's said this or someone said it somewhere for some reason??)
