That really just depends on the glasses and not the frame. You can be the blindest person and have the most sexy pair of glasses or you can have the nerdy old school fat brick glasses with no corrective properties.
ETA: The width of the glass can be an indicator. As the correction is stronger they get wider  __________________

There is a trend to wear those 0.00 glasses. If somebody wants to wear glasses just for fun, as a fashion accessoire, they will choose a trendy frame. People wearing glasses even though they don't have to is actually very common these days, especially the type Kaley wears. I have such glasses at home, bought them for 3 dollars.
