I'm starting to work on new chapter for my fic. Sad I didn't get a lot of reviews for the latest chapter but I don't want to be a review whore.

I miss the old shenny hopefully this season we will see more of their friendship and interaction.

What kind of scene do you wish we would see?

I love the chemistry of these two, I think they have far more chemistry than any other pairing on the show

but dont think it will ever happen in the show sadly.

The writers have literally laughed at the idea. Bill even made a comment once, back during season three or four, about how "actual fans" of the show wouldn't ship Sheldon and Penny. Now, I very much do not ship S/P, but some of the things the writers have said to the part of the fandom that does want it to happen, I just want to be like "geez, guys, they're part of your audience. If it's not going to happen, just leave it at 'it's not going to happen'." If the comments rub someone who is as much of a nonshipper of this pairing as I am wrong, then I think it's safe to say the writers have crossed the line in the past.

If someone is going to quit watching a show because of pairing reasons, that's one thing. I have felt in the past that the writers have tried to chase S/P shippers away from the show. So I can understand MixSaysRawr's frustration...maybe 'understand' isn't the right word, but I can see where it comes from.
