It has been purposefully kept secret though - at the start of the show, they just hadn't given her one because they hadn't needed to. But when people started tweeting the writers/asking at Comic Con and tapings, etc, the writers decided it was hilarious and at that point started making sure to never give her one. I personally don't care if we don't ever find out, but I know a lot of people do want to know.

Very well. But it doesn't seem like something they would ever address because they just don't have any reason to do so, especially now that she's married and named Hofstadter. I would prefer if they kept it that way. It seems like the most intelligent way, rather than making up some random name to please a small part of the audience.

No I agree with you, just because it is a big secret and networks love to make things seem bigger than they are, it wouldn't totally shock me if they advertised this all week long as some huge reveal and then have it just be that.

I still think pregnancy is more likely, but from a network standpoint, when neworks tend to be overdramatic, I could see that fitting too.

Ooookay

So another part of the Glamour article that really grabbed me was this:

And, if you want to read into the press release that was sent out to journalists, there may be more guest-stars added to that list. "We’re excited to reveal some of the guest stars appearing in the 200th episode of The Big Bang Theory," it read. Pay attention to the word "some," and there could be additional surprises.
Oh boy Even more guest stars?!?!?

Out of those possibilities, I'd say Shatner's the likeliest - though I don't know what his schedule is like, it's true. But Kaley's his daughter!

And Harrison Ford doesn't have to do any training.
