You mean apart from Emily? My best guess at this point is they don't think Yvette is going to work out so they're going to reference her in this episode as being the other girl Raj wants to date, and that's going to be how they "write her off" if you will.

That was my guess, too. That or someone from the online dating site contacts him wanting to go out, but we just never see her. I think Yvette makes more sense though (for the first reason of explaining where she went) and the second reason of not overwhelming the audience with new girls for Raj every week. 'Cause I think interest would definitely wane if two more characters were brought on that we hadn't seen before - this way, at least we have some familiarity with both.

Yeah, agreed. My guess is Yvette just because we don't know what's up with that and I don't see them bringing in another girl.

I can only say I either want Raj to get in a relationship and see where they go, or else just drop the "I'm-so-alone-I-need-to-find-someone" plot altogether for a while. I really like Raj as the master of ceremonies for the group.

That's definitely when I've liked him best so far this season. I mean, I can relate to his having a hard time being himself and being shy around girls and stuff like that, but when it's been a lot of the same plots of him always striking out, it can get a little tiresome.

I picture him going to the girls for advice. What should he wear? Should he bring flowers? Where should they go? Is it too soon to kiss her yet?

And then he would still join the 3 besties on Girls Night to dish about his date.
