I'm not sure if this was ever confirmed as canon, but I've always had the sense or it in my head that Penny's brother was younger than she was, so I guess I'm hoping for someone who seems/looks a bit younger. So I guess NPH would feel too old to me. But then I might be mistaken about the younger part, so who know?

I often end up thinking of Martin Spanjers for Penny's brother. It's not really that I want it to be him (though I do think it'd be fun), it's just that I'm used to them being siblings from 8 Simple Rules, so if Penny needs a brother that's just where my mind goes.
