Yeah, that list is kind of strange.

Didn't Sheldon once imply that Penny's mom was obese? I think it was something along the line "are you sure you should eat that? i've seen pictures of your mom". And frankly, Lisa Kudrow would not fit that picture.

Was it that long ago? Can't remember the episode. Well if they are going to cast a plus-size actress I'm all for Jennifer Coolidge. I can't stand her fake accent in 2 broke girls but I always liked her as Stifler's Mom.

It was in early season 5, so it's been over 4 years already

Plus who's to say how big Penny's mom actually was in the picture. She could have just been a little overweight, and Sheldon was being extra harsh.
(And Penny's dad's name changed, which is much harder to explain than weight change.) __________________
