I'm so glad to have this board to come to for few minutes a day.

I went back in emergency to Paris last Thursday, I arrived on Friday and could spend some hours with my mother. She passed away the following night. It was really short but at least she didn't suffer too long, she really started to be very sick and tired only a week before.
Now we are preparing the funerals and my brothers have already started to pack her things, throw away papers, and I'm definitely not ready for that yet.

I am employed again! It's part time, but I'm really liking it so far, and I do have a couple side hustles I can do to make the extra money for bills.

I hope everyone's staying safe and healthy out there! I've been staying home as much as possible over the weekend. Though due to the nature of my job (I work for a county agency), I don't see work from home happening in my future.

Same with me - pregnant folk can't get a 4D ultrasound at home, so I'm going to work unless we are mandated by the government to close, or until every patient cancels.
