TFTNT! So Bert being showered with grant money, I can only imagine one path here. Sheldon loses his mind and questions reality. He throws himself into working harder to prove his superiority. His friends finally snap him back to Earth and remind Sheldon he has a life, and a lot going for him. Oh wait I forgot this is a half hour comedy. Sheldon is just going to whine and complain a lot.

Bert's adorable. He just plain is.
I knew Hawking would be down with the motorized doll. A lot of reused jokes and themes but I'm still delighted. I also have the urge to watch Jim's appearances on Ellen. __________________

The remote controlled Hawking keeps cracking me up. I know it's wrong, but still.

Really enjoyed this episode! Seen it twice already. No great plot developments, but plenty of laughs. Loved Shamy. Penny's line: "I think I hate all of you nerds." Several good Shenard scenes. Raj: "The robot uprising has begun." Howard's storyline was good too, and a guest appearance by Stephen Hawking - all great stuff. Loved hearing Hawking tell Sheldon he was "brilliant."

We had better episodes this season but overall I liked it. It had some funny moments but I don't think it was Sweep material.
It was sweet that Leonard took Sheldon out for a walk (a walk in the park in the dark, wow he must have been really angry and down if he does that voluntarily ) but I wish they would stop with Sheldon downgrading Leonard. It stopped being funny a while ago. The same counts for the "Sheldon is a robot" jokes. I liked the group diner scene and them talking about jelousy. And that Pennys hair came up again. And don't tell Howard but I thought the mini-Hawking was hilarious __________________

There were some funny moments but overall nothing new.
Same old childish Sheldon being jealous of the other and wanting to get all the attention. I don't understand why the writers make Sheldon grow very quickly in a certain way, but always stay the same as season one when it's about his work and pride __________________

This episode was pretty funny
I like how Sheldon and Bert are now friends who can attend Ellen tapings together Always great to see Stephen Hawking pop up, and I think the funniest moment for me was when he actually said that he'd like a remote-controlled toy of him! __________________

I wonder if this episode was a campaign from TBBT for Stephen Hawkings to finally get his deserved Nobel Prize

Seems that Bert is a recurring character now, do we need a thread for him?
btw, I thought it was his forth appearance on the show until I read Brian Posehns IG entry where he said he will play Bert for the fifth time. So I checked ImdB and it said he was in Contractual Obligation Implementation (the one were the guys lecture junior high students and the girls go to Disneyland). I can't remember Bert being in this episode at all. __________________
