I agree with what everyone's said about Amy.

I still haven't completely warmed up to her yet, and I still hope she stays at most as a recurring character, but she was much better in this episode than she has been in others.

I think it's because I like her more with Penny than with Sheldon.
Interracting with Penny she is funny, because she is like Sheldon BUT is more aware of the sex and relationships things...

I like how Sheldon can come to Raj with "Howard's a complete and total ass, Bernadette's in Penny's bed, Amy bites, and Penny may or may not have coitus with Leonard." And Raj is just like yeah that all sounds pretty on par for us.
