I love the lamp scene and the bouncing flubber like on the sterio scene.

They are moving really fast so it looks like Leonard is actually traveling through time.. It was one of the funniest scenes I'd ever seen because I never expected to see them do that

They are playing the scene from the movie. While the time machine travels the movie shows how everybody else's life moves on.

My favorite scene though was probably when they all went to support Leonard to get money from Kurt.
