Twilight or Twilight vamps are everywhere. Today my son and I were watching Royal Pains, a tv show on USA network and this one character thinks he's been bitten by a bat. While his brother, the doctor, is examining him he's rambling on about what type of vamp he's going to turn into. "An ugly Bella Lugosi or a 'Twilight vampire, beautiful and with all that great hair.' Edward your hair is noticed everywhere. My son and I burst out laughing at this mention. Too funny.

Yeah, but I can't watch Moonlight without thinking of The Thunderbirds or Dr Who. The girl who plays Beth? She was Lady Penelope in Thunderbirds and Madame de Pompadour in an episode of Dr Who - and the Dr was willing to give up Time Lord Life (a form of eternity) for her.

And as for True Blood - that Kwanten guy reminds me of his early years in Home and Away, one of our soapies here. LOL.

I found Leah Clearwater's theme song, "She Wolf" by Shakira. Its perfect. lol Not that it will be on any soundtrack but imo its perfect.

Lucky for me Twin I never saw Beth in those roles. You are so lucky Mick St. John is a fellow Aussie. You can claim him. He's another vamp to 'die' for. lol

Okay - did anybody know this? Jason Dohring from Moonlight was in Roswell, as Jerry, in the episode "Cry Your Name"? (I was checking out Alex O'Loughlin's IMDB entry and went wandering!)

That was Jason Dohring? That started all the guys figuring out the 'binary code' and trying to get some meaning out of it. I told them they were wasting their time and that the script writers of Roswell probably didn't know binary code from bananas.

Yes, vampires are everywhere. That new series 'Vampire Diaries' starts Sept 10, with Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley.

I loved the actress who played Beth on Moonlight. She was just perfect. Interesting they recast the whole cast from that original pilot except for Alex. And I heard they recast from the pilot of his new show 3 Rivers also. Oh well, sometimes I suppose an actor does a pilot but then isn't available for the series (or they want to change that person).

Wonderfuls story that missing boaters were found after a week lost at sea in Texas, after the Coast Guard stopped looking. I think my favorite part was that one guy went to the hospital to be checked out, but the wait was too long - so he went home! LOL! Heck, patient enough to cling to life on top of a sunken boat for a week not patient enough to put up with a long wait in the ER. That's guys for you!

Also happy story that kidnapped girl was found 18 years later but.. ugh, creepy and horrible. Nuff said. What evil people there are in the world.
